What is a Resilience Builder?
A Resilience Builder is a program, initiative, or organization that helps young children strengthen their ability to adapt, grow, and thrive. Sometimes this is an explicit part of their mission, but more often it happens naturally as a result of the supportive environments, relationships, and opportunities they provide.

Developing Capacities to Grow, Adapt, and Thrive
Resilience is more than the ability to bounce back—it’s the capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive in the face of challenges. It’s not built in isolation but through caring relationships, supportive communities, and access to resources that meet the full range of a family’s needs.
