The Resilience Collaborative exists to create clarity, dissolve boundaries, and address gaps in the network of people who foster a foundation of resilience and hope for young children in Snohomish County.

Four Strategic Priorities

The Resilience Collaborative

1. Clarity

Making complex information easy to understand using standardized terms and definitions enhances collaboration. Our goal is to provide clear language and curated information to reduce confusion. This helps ensure that parents & guardians, educators, healthcare professionals, community members, and other partners can take coordinated action to build resilience in young children.

2. Access

Imagine a world where expertise and support in resilience, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and trauma informed care are as easy to find as your favorite song on a streaming platform. We’re dedicated to making this vision a reality by ensuring that those who seek support can find it readily. Let’s bridge the gap between needs and resources.

3. Awareness

Snohomish County is brimming with remarkable resources and natural leaders who have the power to uplift us all.

By shining a spotlight on the incredible work they do, we not only celebrate our community’s strengths, but also raise awareness of local expertise and services.

4. Collaboration

At the heart of our work is a belief in the power of collaboration. We’re not just talking about occasional meetings or superficial agreements—we’re committed to building a foundation and system for collaboration that runs deep. Our approach is rooted in transparency, trust, and cross-sector engagement.

By working together, The Resilience Collaborative will strengthen, streamline, and enhance the existing network of support that promotes the well-being and success of all young children in Snohomish County. Join us!
